"We ourselves will develop advanced air suspension systems too, making domestic cars as comfortable as those luxury ones imported elsewhere," this is the dream of Zhang Guangshi, a 41 year old PhD, general manager of Qingdao Haofuming Vehicle Technology co., Ltd.

The enterprise was listed at Qingdao Blue Ocean Equity Exchange Center in Jan. 2015, becoming the first listed enterprise in Qingdao Doctor Pioneer Park. It's less than a year since its establishment and I must thank the park for providing me this platform, said Zhang.

To strengthen the city through talents, Qingdao municipal government initiated 'Doctor Pioneer Park' program in 2013. Up to July 2015, this 3-hectare park has attracted 90 entrepreneurial programs, 73 of which are under incubation. With 411 patents of various kinds, this is a paradise for scientific innovation and entrepreneurship.

Entrepreneurial programs in this park are featured with hi-tech and internet innovation. Quite a few scientific and technological researches are taking the lead in China and even the world, adding new vitality to Qingdao's economic development.

Great entrepreneurial environment, favorable policies and all-round services are key attractions for the talents and their programs. Upon the completion of third phase, the park will take in around 100 companies, providing employment for 2,000 to  2,500 advanced talents.
