Mannheim, Germany, inaugurated its representative office in Qingdao's Sino-German Eco-park on Nov 1. It is Mannheim's first working body in Qingdao since the two cities established sister relations in 1995. Since 2014, Mannheim has been a member of the UNESCO Creative Cities Network and holds the title "UNESCO City of Music". [dailyqd.com]
