China's National Development and Reform Commission signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) recently with the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) to boost public-private-partnership (PPP) cooperation on research, exchanges, training and practical cases.
According to the MoU, a PPP center will be set up in China to participate in the mapping of PPP standards and boost PPP applications.
A forum will be held each year in Qingdao, a coastal city of east China's Shandong Province, to boost international exchanges.
