Located in Jingjing County, Yujia Village is the only national-level protected ancient village in Hebei. Yujia Village is also known as "Stone City" because it contains 4,000 stone houses, a 3,700-meter-long stone slab paved street, over 1,000 stone wells and pools, and 200 stone inscriptions. Additionally, many stone stools, tables and grindstones lie scattered about in the village. There are also many little shrines and old monasteries left in town. Due to Ming Dynasty politician Yuqian settling there, the village was named Yujia Village.

How to get there: 1. Take No. 203 bus at Shijiazhuang railway station and get off at downtown Jingxing County (5 yuan), change to a bus to Yujia Village (3 yuan);
2. Take the coach to Yujia Village before the Jinding Building in Shijiazhuang, 15 yuan, start off at 8:30 and 15:30 respectively everyday;
3. Drive west along No. 307 national highway and turn into the direction marked with "Tianchang Town";
Tips: 1. Home stay available, 10 yuan;
2. Be sure to take an umbrella with you, for the weather here is changeable;
3. Keep warm during the night, for temperature drops quickly in the night;
4. A guide is a must for they often keep the keys of many stone houses and know the legendary stories about the village, 10 yuan.
