The Ministry of Commerce of China

The bureau will assume related tasks previously assigned to the State Council by the Anti-trust Law.

The administration of Chinese citizens going overseas for employment and administration of overseas employment agents in China, formerly under the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, will also be transferred to the Ministry of Commerce.
