Maradona will debut on November 19 during a friendly against Scotland.

Diego Maradona said, "It's an honour for me. I've realized a dream here coaching the national team next to Carlos. I want to say that I'm going to give everything I have so things go well. We are calm knowing we can wake up every morning and give the Argentine squad what they deserve. We will work everyday so we have a better team everyday."
