Taiwan authorities say they will pick a pair of serows between six months to three-years-old.

And he announced Taiwan's gift to the Mainland.
SEF chairman Chiang Pin-Kung, said, "In return we will send our two pairs of Formosa sika deer and Formosa serows to the Mainland. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the people across the straits who have been making unremitting efforts to promote the exchange, though its procedures are still underway."
Both the sika deer and serow are native to the island.
Taiwan authorities say they will pick a pair of serows between six months to three-years-old. The kids will be named as "Chang Chang" and "Jiu Jiu", which mean "forever" in Chinese.
The sika deer will be named, "Fu Fu" and "Gui Gui," meaning fortune, in the hope that the pair could bring this to both sides of the Taiwan Straits.
