A living Buddha says the Dalai Lama's words are deceptive, and are inconsistent with what he has done over the past few decades. Shingtsa Tenzinchodrak made the remarks in Washington, while leading a delegation to the United States.

All five members of the delegation are Tibetan deputies of China's National People's Congress.
They met the media on Tuesday. Many of the questions they faced were about the Dalai Lama.
