In an interview with a CCTV reporter in Moscow, Russian President, Dmitry Medvedev,said he hoped bilateral ties between China and Russia would continue to grow.

Medvedev said the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China on October the first, is just one day before the 60th anniversary of China-Russia diplomatic relations.

Dmitry Medvedev said, "I'm fully looking forward to the upcoming visit by Chinese President Hu Jintao. This will be a great event for the Russia-China relations. Our relationship is at an unprecedented high at present."
