At the press time, the 35 foreigners were all back home. One of the seven diagnosed was also discharged from hospital. Six others were still being treated, according to sources with the flu control headquarter of Yichang city, Hubei province.

The six remaining patients, including five students aged from 14-16 and a 50-year-old teacher, were in stable condition in the 3rd People's Hospital of Yichang, the city's best for infectious disease treatment center.

Besides the seven patients who were hospitalized, 82 people on board the ship had been quarantined in Yichang and they were all released on Thursday.
