To the Jamaican Championships in Kingston, Jamaica now, Olympic gold medalist Usain Bolt won the 100 metres title in 9.86 seconds on Sunday. It was his fastest time in the world this year.
Bolt was out to prove he was still the fastest man in the world on Sunday. He posted a lightning quick time of 9.86 seconds, pushing Asafa Powell into second, with Michael Frater third in 10.02 seconds.
Usain Bolt, Ilympic Gold Medalist, said, "Everybody in the race, everybody who comes to Berlin is my opponent, I take everybody seriously, I'm looking forward to just going out there and doing my best so hopefully I can come away with the gold medal again."
Meanwhile in the women's 100 metres, Shelly-Ann Fraser packed the title with a time of 10.88 seconds to edge Kerron Stewart into second.
Many eyes were on Sanya Richards in the women's 400 metres.
