As eclipse observers count down the days until the rare full solar eclipse, experts are suggesting individuals also take proper measures to prevent safety accidents.

Wu Biwen, director of Anhui Provincial climate Ctr., said, "Temperatures will drop during the eclipse as a result of reduced radiation from the sun. Well, of course, the influence is limited because the process won't be long."
Prof. Wang Yuming, School of Earth & Space Sciences, China Univ. of Science & Technology, said, "Light disappears quickly in the process. We suggest drivers stop driving at the moment, especially if they are on the express way."
