China's Ministry of Health has reported 865 new A/H1N1 flu cases in the country.

The latest figures bring China's number of confirmed cases of the virus to 6,457. Of the confirmed cases, six are believed to be imported while 4,137 have been cured.

No deaths from the virus have been reported. China became the first country in the world to roll out mass inoculation of the A/H1N1 flu vaccine on Monday.
