An art exhibition made for disabled people has opened at the World Art Museum of the China Millennium Monument in Beijing. "Touch & Feel --- From Museum to Monument" was co-hosted by the Louvre Museum and the World Art Museum.

The exhibition displays eighteen works of art from the Louvre. All are replicas of western classical sculptures from second century B.C. to nineteenth century A.D. "Visitors" who are all visually impaired, can touch the sculptures to feel out the minute details of these art masterpieces.

To assist in their appreciation, there are paths for the blind people inside the exhibition hall as well as braille to illustrate every exhibit.

It's the first time for Zhao Gui to come to such an exhibition. He can narrate every detail about the sculpture even more specifically than normal visitors.

The arts exhibition is the first of its kind in China, and it is free to all disabled people. The exhibition will stay in Beijing through November 1st and will then tour other Chinese cities including Fuzhou, Wuhan, and Hong Kong.
