No.2 The Robbers

"The Robbers" is from up-and-coming director Yang Shupeng, and comes after three years in the making. The martial art flick topples down the traditional format, combining humor, violence, and philosophical thoughts together. The film is led by veteran actors Jiang Wu and Hu Jun, who play the two robbers. The film is an entry for the "midnight passion" unit of the Pusan Film Festival.
