It was easy sledding for China's number one badminton player in the finals of the China Open Super Series event in Shanghai. Lin Dan coasted to the win, his fourth super series title of the season, as he dominated Denmark's Jan Jorgensen in the finals.

Lin and team China have much dominated this tournament and the way the former world number one started the match, it was clear he meant business.

Lin quickly jumped out to a 7-1 lead in the first game after unleashing a powerful cross-court smash. The Chinese 2nd seed wrapped up the opening game with another trademark leaping smash to Jorgensen's backhand side. The Dane's weak return finding the net as Lin won 21-12.
