Six teenagers were injured on their way to school this morning when a cab collided with a car and crashed into pedestrians in Shanghai Pudong New Area on Dec. 1.

Two students were still unconscious in the intensive care unit of East Hospital. One 15-year-old suffered a brain stem hemorrhage and the other has multiple broken bones, said hospital official Wang Yingying.
Wang said the other four students suffered broken bones or bruises and were in a stable condition. Two suffering minor injuries have already left hospital after emergency treatment.
Pudong traffic police said that the blue cab from Haibo Company collided with a white car at 7:20am at the crossing of Taoling and Zhangyang Roads.
The cause of the accident was still under investigation.
