Chinese tennis player Zheng Jie is back home. After reaching the semi-final of the Australian Open, she's taken her career to new heights. Zheng's success at the Australian Open has also helped the sport grow in China.

Zheng received a warm welcome by officials from the Chinese Tennis Association and fans. Zheng had a dream start to the 2010 season making the semi finals - as well as making the last 16 of the doubles competition. She is now among the top 20.

Including Li Na's semi-final appearance, the Chinese girls' glorious performances are making the sport more and more popular here on the Chinese mainland.

Zheng Jie, said, "I think with me and Li Na into the semis, it will boost the confidence for the other teenage Chinese tennis players. There will be more teenagers who are willing to take part in the sport. I am very glad to see that."
