People in Moscow are continuing to pay their respects to the 39 victims killed by Monday's suicide blasts that stunned the Russian capital.
Mourners lit candles and laid flowers at a makeshift memorial near Lubyanka Station on Thursday. Monday's first bombing occurred here.
Tanya Savelyeva had been commuting to work when the deadly Moscow attacks took place, but was nowhere near the actual explosions.
Despite her own feelings of grief and fear, she is determined that life must go on.
Tanya Savelyeva, Moscow Resident, said, "The police have started to carry out lots of checks on people's documents again and, on TV, you see them checking the buses, so there is increased security. But we should not live in fear. We should get on with our lives."
Funerals for victims continued around the country's capital on Thursday. Relatives gathered in packed churches to say "good-bye" to their loved ones.
