Charges against Faisal Shahzad, a naturalized US citizen from Pakistan, were contained in a criminal complaint filed Tuesday by a federal court in Manhattan.
Speaking hours after the terror suspect was pulled off a plane about to depart for the Middle East, US President Barack Obama said "justice will be done".
