Liu Jiao wins 3m springboard with ease

A little rain didn't effect the performance of China's Liu Jiao in the women's 3m springboard. Liu led by nearly 38 points

after the first jump. And after two jumps, she had enlarged her advantage to 49 points. A no doubter, as Liu Jiao takes the

3m springboard gold.

Liu Binbin wins hammer throw gold

The days rain, may have had a greater effect on the track and field events, but China...not affected. In the men's hammer throw, China's Liu Binbin took the gold with a final throw of 73.99m

China's Fu Haitao won silver in the boys triple jump.

And China's Xia Youlian won bronze in the women's hammer throw.

Fang Xue takes silver in 10m air pistol

And in the women's 10m air pistol China's Fang Xue and South Korea's Kim Jang Mi topped qualification on Monday morning. But in the finals, Fang fell by the wayside...taking the silver medal behind South Korea's Kim.
