The one potential stumbling block for many of the pieces was the super-short length. Presumably, when they hit stores, that will be adjusted, but for the likes of model Coco Rocha and recording artist Ashlee Simpson -- both in the front row -- the fingertip-length dresses would be cute.

Ashlee Simpson, artist, said, "I think he knows how to fit, you know, the woman's body, so I love to come here and admire what's coming out, what's new, and it's a great show to come to. It's fun and it's young and it's definitely flattering to the body."

Easier for mere mortals might be the maxi dresses, including the white silk seersucker dress with a plunging V on both the front and back that opened the show.

Once again, Azria's wife and design partner, Lubov, was the best model. She wore one of the tan, just-sheer-enough numbers to take her bow, but you could also envision her in it on a night in the town or hosting a cocktail party.
