HK Chief Executive speaks on Philippine report

Donald TSANG Yam-Kuen, Hong Kong Chief Executive, said, "I know that the investigative committee has handed its report to the Philippine president, I haven't read the report, so it is not appropriate for me to make any comment. But before next week, I will send a letter to the president, and make sure that there's been a fair and overall investigation. We insist that the truth has to be dug out. We want to give our dear dead and injured people some fairness and comfort. "

A memorial ceremony has been held in Hong Kong for the Liang Jingrong family. Three of five family members who were on board the bus died and another was seriously injured. People passed their condolences to the family as they try to rebuild their lives.
