A galaxy of Chinese film stars walked the red carpet, showing their support for the event. Some of them have also brought their best work.
Jiang Wenli, director of "LAN", said, "Very glad to be here. Last time when I was here is ten years ago. I like the city. It's great to screen my debut director film "Lan" here."
Alec Su, singer and actor, said, "China's film market is running very well. The variety of the films is rich. I hope there will be more events like this one, to help more people around the world learn what's going on with Chinese films."
