South Korea's Unification Minister says his country is considering offering what he calls "epoch-making humanitarian support" to the DPRK, if that nation demonstrates sincerity in its policies, including "irreversible denuclearization."
South Korea's Unification Minister Hyun In-Taek said, "The DPRK's three transformations -- which are non-nuclear peace, opening to the world, and putting people first -- are critical to the bilateral relationship. Specially considering the urgency of solving the DPRK's nuclear issue, the South Korean government is planning to actively pursue the DPRK's irreversible denuclearization."
