The Qingdao Grand Theatre has officially opened to welcome the first day of the New Year. A performance filled evening -- combining symphony, music, drama, singing, dancing, acrobatics, and folk music -- highlighted the event.

The first number played was Beethoven's "Song of Joy," bringing major momentum to the stage. The sound combination was solid, due to the high level of the theater's construction.

Many artists, musicians, and singers -- such as Jingma Fan and Guo Lanying, participated in the festivities, bringing both an eyeful and earful to to the crowd in Qingdao.

The fully equipped Grand Theater undoubtedly helped all the performers thrill the audience. The program included opera "Nessun Dorma," ballet "Swan Lake," and golden prize winning acrobatic show "Welcoming The New Year."
