Street painting has a history since the 16th century and now the ancient art is going 3D. Let's visit Ningbo in eastern China where art lovers are creating a huge 3D work in a popular downtown shopping mall.

Take a closer look. You are not sitting on stairs, but a 3D painting on flat ground. This 200 square meter painting is drawing crowds to a shopping mall in Ningbo city, near Shanghai.

Five professional painters spent one week drawing the three-dimensional world on the two-dimensional ground.

Wang Chaoping, coach, said, "For a strong 3D effect, you need to pay attention to the design, which should have depth. For a better perspective, you need to adjust every moment while you are drawing."

While it's not an easy job for the painters, it's also pretty tricky for the visitors who want to take a picture in the visual world. The key is to find the right location.

Wang Chaoping said, "If you're not standing at the right point, the picture you take might not have a strong 3D effect. So you'd better find the right location for a solid perspective."

In another two or three days, the 3D work will be completed.
