China's permanent representative to the United Nations and other international organizations in Vienna Cheng Jing-ye, says dialogue and cooperation are the right way to solve Iran's nuclear issue.
Speaking at IAEA governor's meeting, Cheng said sanctions or even military actions could complicate the situation. The ambassador also added that China opposes the proliferation of nuclear weapons, and will not give its backing to any Middle East countries developing nuclear weapons.
