The CCTV Spring Festival Gala is just around the corner, and the production team and cast members were sparing no effort preparing for the second formal dress rehearsal on Monday.

Spring Festival Gala goes through 2nd dress rehearsal

All the members of the Gala team are racing the clock. The general director, Ha Wen, has hardly slept since the first dress rehearsal last Friday. According to Ha, the first rehearsal ran nearly 40 minutes longer than its planned 4 hours.

To tighten up the show, the order and content of some programs had to be adjusted for this round of rehearsal. Some dancers will have to stand by during the whole process to better accommodate the adjustments.
