At the Haichang Polar Ocean World in Wuhan, capital of central China's Hubei province, twin polar bear cubs made their debut there on Tuesday.

Brother Lele and Sister Jingjing are just over a year old. The cubs were born in the northeastern city of Dalian, in Liaoning Province in January of 2011.

They were abandoned by their mother after birth, weighing only 500 grams. Their survival has been hailed as a miracle. Wuhan residents are delighted to have them in the city.
