China to conduct drills in East China Sea

The Chinese Navy says it will conduct military drills in the East China Sea from Tuesday to Sunday.

A shipping and fishing ban in th area has been issued. The drills aim to strengthen the Chinese Navy’s combat abilities while improving its comprehensive strength to safeguard China’s marine rights and interests.
