The legendary role of James Bond, code named 007, has been given numerous renditions on the big screen by various actors. From Sean Connery to Daniel Craig, who is the best Bond in the mind of their fellow actors? Well, a poll of Emmy-nominated actors might give us the answer, and that was conducted just on the brink of the film series' 50th anniversary.

A blast of Bond celebrations precede the actual anniversary on October 5th. The date the first major Bond feature "Dr. No," was released in 1962.
A near-complete set of 22 Bond films has been released in the U.K. and U.S. this week on Blu-ray.
Sean Connery topped the beloved Bonds in a list gathered at the Emmy awards. But Connery himself was absent from the celebration, who "is and remains retired," quoting his publicist.
When asked who's their favorite Bonds, Emmy-nominated actors unveiled their choices.
Joanne Froggatt, an actress, said, "Well, this isn't the most politically correct choice, but it was the Bond of my childhood, which was Roger Moore. He was my Bond. He was the one I watched as a kid. Yes, he was very funny, that kind of tongue in cheek."
"Sherlock" actor Benedict Cumberbatch said he was eager for the upcoming big-screen Bond starring Craig, "Skyfall."
Benedict Cumberbatch, an actor, said, "Connery and Craig are my two favorites. And they are so different. What Daniel has done with it is so remarkable. I can't wait to see "Skyfall". I mean, to see the sizzler, it looked like they were reinventing the wheel. And I think it's going to be a really exciting film."
Not a single actor mentioned George Lazenby, the one-time Bond of "On Her Majesty's Secret Service". Or two-time Bond Timothy Dalton of "The Living Daylights" and "Licence to Kill".
