CPC spokesperson meets the press

Cai Mingzhao, the spokesperson for the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) met the press at the Great Hall of the People on Nov. 7, 2012 after a preparatory meeting.

The Party Congress will be convened from Nov. 8 to Nov. 14 to examine a report made by the 17th CPC Central Committee and an amendment to the CPC Constitution.
