It's predicted that Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan and Shaanxi provinces and Chongqing municipality will be hit by fog. In some areas, the visibility is less than 200 meters, impacting airlines and high-way transportation.

Meanwhile, jointly affected by the cold front and the heavy snow, the low temperature in some parts of China continues. In the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, the snow has entered its fourth consecutive day, with the total snow volume at a historical high. It is forecast in the coming two days some parts of the region like Ili and Tacheng will continue to be hit by heavy snow.

Some places in Jilin and Heilongjiang provinces in Northeast China will also be battered by heavy snow. Experts have warned of possible adverse impacts on transport and agriculture.
