Set to bring a smile to faces of coffee lovers, Starbucks has opened its first flagship store in New Delhi.

Located in the heart of the city, the store in New Delhi is the seventh Starbucks outlets in India. Speaking on the occasion, President of Starbucks Coffee, China and Asia Pacific, John Culver said that India would be one of their top five markets and the company was willing to expand nationally.

Starbucks has signed a deal with Tata Global Beverages to buy coffee from India and open retail outlets in the country. Reportedly, the brand aims have 50 outlets through a tie-up with the Tata group.
