Renowned Chinese pianist Lang Lang teams up with a host of Grammy winners in a spectacular performance at the Carnegie Hall in New York. The charity concert's aim is to raise funds, and help inspire a new generation of music lovers.

Lang Lang firmly believes that classical music is for everyone. That's why he's teaming up with other musicians to promote his international music foundation, to help put classical music into the public consciousness. The big names include violinist Joshua Bell, soprano Renee Fleming and singer John Legend.

"It's just wonderful having so many celebrated performers here, especially with Alec Baldwin as the MC. I feel very honoured," Lang Lang said.

Lang Lang also performs with Li Zhongxin, a 9-year-old pianist who already shows striking technical prowess and maturity.

"Lang Lang is like a big brother to me. It's been great working with him," Li said.

Li is just one of many young talents who are benefiting from Lang Lang's continued efforts to raise support for musical prodigies just like him.
