South Korean President Park Geun-hye has called for greater economic cooperation and cultural exchange with China, during her visit to China's Shaanxi province.

During her two-day stay in the provincial capital of Xi'an, Park Geun-hye visited the offices of Samsung Electronics at the High-Tech Development Zone. She called for increased investment in Shaanxi province by South Korean companies and pledged greater support to the development of China's western regions.

Park also visited the ancient Qin Terracotta Warriors, which date back to the first emperor of the Qin Dynasty. Park completed her China visit and returned to South Korea on Sunday afternoon.
