China Central Meteorological Bureau is continuing to issue the second highest orange heat alert across the country.
It's the worst heat wave to hit China in 140 years, leaving dozens of people dead. In southern China, temperatures are expected to climb up to 39 degrees Celsius.
And in Central Zhejiang and Fujian Provinces, temperatures could reach as high as 41 degrees Celsius. Since the beginning of July, many southern provinces have encountered record-high temperatures, which has caused a number of hazards.
