Last Saturday, MIPTV, a content event for selling and distributing entertainment content opened in Cannes. Among the TV productions is the second season of CCTV's hit documentary "A Bite of China".

Back in 2012, when the first season of "A Bite of China" came to the event, the competition for copyright was extremely fierce. Eventually, 46 countries including Australia, France and Germany won the copyright to rebroadcast the food series.

At this year's MIPTV, some 400 buyers from 53 countries around the world are vying for copyright of season two of "A Bite of China". A total of 1,400 media productions are participating in this year's event.
