President Xi Jinping has visited Peking University in Beijing on Sunday, on China's Youth Day.

President Xi extended greetings to students and visited an exhibition of literature and academic achievements. The president also visited biological research center, and listened to an open-air reading of poetry. He talked with teachers and students in an overseas exchange center. He called for efforts to give the students brighter career prospects.
President Xi Jinping encouraged young people to contribute to building a greater nation. He expressed hope that more young Chinese will work at the grassroots level to achieve their dreams.
