A weekend with One Direction.
Fans are in for a treat, as the British boy band's "Where We Are" world tour will be rocking across the globe on October 11th and 12th - not in arenas, but in cinemas. Entitled "One Direction: Where We Are - The Concert Film", it will be shown on over 3,000 screens across 70 countries in one weekend.
The 75 minute movie was filmed at Milan's San Siro stadium during the Italian leg of the band's sold-out world tour.
This is not the first time the boyband has released a concert film - a format that has become popular in Europe, the US and Asia. After the success of "This Is Us", the group's debut album in 2013, it was only a matter of time before the world's hottest group gave us a new reason to go cinemas. In addition to the concert, it also features a backstage interview with Niall, Zayn, Harry, Liam and Louis conducted by the film's executive producer, Ben Winston.
One Direction's ongoing "Where We Are" tour wraps up in Miami on October 5th. Next year, the boys will tour around the world one more time for their "On the Road Again" tour.
