The red carpet was ablaze with the light of firing torches at the world premiere of the third movie in "The Hunger Games" franchise, "Mockingjay - Part 1" on Monday in London.
Jennifer Lawrence, who plays Katniss Everdeen, led an all star cast at the launch, with Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, and Julianne Moore all in attendance.
While this is the penultimate Hunger Games movie, "Mockingjay" parts 1 and 2 were shot back to back, with filming have wrapped up in the summer. Several members of the cast reflected on how emotional the final days of filming became.
"There was so much sobbing," Lawrence said. "But then Josh and Liam and I like hang out and then we're like oh yeah, that's not that bad, like, now we can hang out all the time without people knocking on our trailers telling us there's only five minutes left."
"It was really sad," Hutcherson said. "I mean you create a family with all these guys for the last four years and to know, to have no more movies to make is like definitely a sad thing, for sure."

Asked if she thought the audience might be overwhelmed by the darkness of the new film, in which the Capitol broadcasts a propaganda video showing hooded victims being shot, Natalie Dormer replied:" The complete opposite. I think it's the reason that the books are so successful, and the movies are so successful.
"Young adults know about all that stuff, they know the darker side of the world. It's a joy and a relief for them to be talked to like adults for a change. I think we need to stop talking down to our adolescents - they're more than capable of these complex contradictory themes and the success of the movies proves that."
Multi-platinum and Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter Lorde was also on the red carpet. The 18 year-old has been asked to curate the movie's soundtrack album, as well as write and sing the theme song "Yellow Flicker Beat".
"I mean it's amazing," Lorde said. "Like, you know, with a film like this there are so many dedicated fans and it was so scary for me to, kind of, take on something that they love so much. I'm really proud of the soundtrack and I think we got some amazing artists and the songs were really beautiful so I'm pretty excited."
"The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1" hits the big screen globally on November 20th. Mockingjay - Part 2 will follow next year.
