Chinese Premier Li Keqiang addressed a United Nations economic forum in Santiago on Monday as he continued his official tour to South America, he said the world economy was in a "deep re-adjustment."

"Today, the world economy is in a deep re-adjustment and recovery is tortuous. Various countries need to continue displaying a (strong) spirit to face the challenges, sharing the same fate and developing the real economy. Developing countries are promoting industrialisation and urbanisation while developed nations are highlighting the re-industrialisation," Li said.
