Nominations for the 30th Flying Apsaras Awards, the top honor of China's TV industry, have been announced. Categories include Best TV Series, Children's Show, and Opera Series.

TV series "Nirvana in Fire"

According to the jury panel, the number of candidates is much more than in previous years, and the themes are more diversified, though realistic subjects are the viewers' favorites.

Wu Xiubo

Nominees include hit TV series "Nirvana in Fire" and "The Ordinary World". Nominees for best-actor and -actress awards include Wu Xiubo, Chen Baoguo, Zhou Xun, and Mei Ting. The award ceremony will be held on December the 28th.
