Robot are marrying couples in China's northeastern city -- Harbin. The machines played several different roles in a recent wedding ceremony.

Robot reads vows at his designer's wedding

One male robot led the new couple, presided over the wedding, and even read the vows. Another female robot presented the couple with their rings.

A Chinese company -- "Hit Robot Group" -- created the robots. The bridegroom is one of the engineers responsible for their design. He said this is his dreaming wedding -- a perfect combination of romance and technology.
