It was time to party in Catalonia, as Barcelona celebrated their latest La Liga triumph. The team did not clinch the domestic league title, till the final day, but plenty of supporters came out to party with the team.

The team travelled through the area on an open top bus -- Luis Suarez scored twice in the final game against Granada to helps seal the trophy would be theirs for the second straight year.

For Lionel Messi, it is his 8th La Liga title in his 12 years with the Catalan club. This is also the 24th overall league title for the team, and sixth in eight seasons.

A possible double celebration remains in the cards for Barca - if they can beat Sevilla in the Copa del Rey final May 22nd.
