Chinese Premier Li Keqiang addressed the opening ceremony of Summer Davos in Tianjin. Li expressed confidence in China's economy and also touched the Brexit vote.

"Fluctuation is inevitable in China's economic growth during its economic transition. We will push structural adjustment to realize restructuring, and keep the economic growth in a reasonable range.

China's economy won't have a hard landing. Economic fundamentals do not change. Macro economic policy needs to be maintained stable and continuous.

I have to say Europe is an important partner for China. We will continue to maintain relations with Europe and the UK. We would like to see a united and stable European Union and a stable and prosperous UK.

No country can expect development without a stable global economy given the depth of globalization. That's why we have to advance hand-in-hand," said Li.
