Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi arrived in Lusaka on Sunday to meet with his Zambian counterpart Harry Kalaba. The visit is the second stop in Wang Yi's five-country African tour, with China's Foreign Ministry looking to "comprehensively upgrade cooperation" with the African continent throughout 2017.
