China on Thursday reaffirmed that talks remained the best way to resolve the Iran nuclear issue.
"China, as always, believes that dialogue and talks serve as the best option to resolve Iran's nuclear issue," Foreign Ministry spokesman Ma Zhaoxu told a regular news briefing Thursday.
Ma made the comments when asked to give an update on the progress of Iran nuclear issue.
Ma said China supported the dual-track strategy and played a constructive role in discussions.
