No-fly zone aims to protect civilians, not invade Libya

Chief of Arab League Amr Moussa said on Friday the U.N. Security Council resolution passed Thursday is designated to impose a no-fly zone over Libya, not pave the way for invading the country, Al-Arabiya TV said.
